You Wanted This
This was made for the O2A2 2025 game jam, which requires entries to have only one of every asset and 1000 words. So this game is short and simple.
Warning: Depending on player choice, suicidal themes, assisted suicide, violence, implied cannibalism, and autassassinophilia (-ish) themes are possible. No explicit visuals, descriptions are pretty lite. Strong infrequent language. Player discretion is advised.

You wake up tied to a chair. Your legs were wrapped in bloody bandages and your head still light from blood loss.
A concerned man with a knife was sitting in front of you.
"Are you sure you still want to do this?"

A short interactive story I can't quite explain. It's intentionally vague to let player to imply their own motive, but let me know if that doesn't express itself well in-game.
Very very very loosely inspired by two real murder cases that gripped my mind and didn't let go. Not glamorizing or encouraging them, just exploring the strange dilemma they gave me. Game's tone can vary drastically. Sadly, couldn't give enough love to each path without going over word count but I tried my best.
(Self confidence be danged, this game is really stupid lol. BUT IT'S DONE and it's my second game, so I'm content with myself.)

Great job on fitting so many distinct tones/paths in such a strict word limit. That's very hard to do, but you made it seem so natural
thank you so much!!! It was sooo hard to be concise (I’m very much not concise lol) while also having realistic dialogue, but I’m glad it felt natural! thanks again for your feedback!
